Every new account gets 5 free parcel searches. No time limit. No credit card is required to get started. Once your free searches are used, you’ll be prompted to choose a plan. You won’t be charged until you select one.

Each time you run a zoning query on a new parcel address, it counts as one search. Re-running a query on a parcel you’ve already searched does not count against your monthly limit. If you run a search on a property we don’t currently cover, it will not count against your monthly limit either.

You’ll be notified when you’re approaching your limit and prompted to upgrade. Your existing saved parcels and data remain accessible, you just won’t be able to run new searches until you upgrade or your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle.
